I got it from the Indie Gala Bundle 2. Its a "Qix" clone but a bit more advanced than Qix. You get power ups by completing certain areas and have some nasty enemies, it has a medieval theme to it.
Apparently it has unlimited continues as well...
The only thing missing is pixelated boobs, if you're into those kind of games.
