You're thinking of Soldier of Fortune. Half-Life actually had a bit more gameplay between loading screens. Soldier of Fortune, well, I had to buy three copies. I thought the game was taking too long to load something because it was scratched.

Half Life for DC was just as bad. The load points are basically where they are in the PC version, but the actual load times at those points are LONG. It basically plays like HL for PC did if you did the minimalist install.

And I have 2 Deadcasts! 'er Dreamcast systems!
But I doubt I'd like it on the Dreamcast, I hardly play the PC version.
