Good grief!
How long until you can just dock your phone with a keyboard, mouse and monitor? I could use the extra desk space.

I really don't see why you couldn't. Has a mini HDMI out, and a usb port that could be hub'd. It's running from an OMAP 4400, so it's more than capable.
E'ffing powerhouse, this phone is.

Just looked at the front advertisement page from motorola and it doesn't look any better than the SGS 2. 1 ghz dual core processor? There are a few of those already on the market. SGS2 is 1.2ghz out of the box and is easily overclocked. It has a kickass screen, hdmi out /w 1080p playback... the only cool thing I see here is the dock, which Samsung could easily make if they felt like it.
Not impressed.

Agreed. I'm waiting for Kal-El and Ice Cream Sandwich in a handheld.

I was commenting strictly from my perspective,upgrading from an HTC Hero. I was pushing that little phone to its limits via rooting/roms/etc. The ATRIX 2out of the box is everything I could hope for and 100x more. There may be a better phone out there, but reallllyy like this one. Plus the OMAP processor is really nice, I like it a ton more than the tegra's used in a lot of the other higher end phones
