P.S. Are any of these games (SEGA KIDDY RIDE HARDWARE *) dumped ?
* Where I can find info about this system? (which of the games runs on STV ?)

None of them are dumped, and the hardware is unknown. Off hand, I don't see anything in the video for Cosmo Fighter that you couldn't do on the Genesis so it's probably fairly low-end h/w.
