We are busy lately with sound... ...sounds good! Riding Fight, too 
I'll wait for Rabbit (Rabbit has sound in Sega Saturn emulator - maybe there lies a clue ?)
P.S. What happened with Ninja Baseball Batman - there is no sound at all while ingame ?! (MAME 0.143)

FDC = Floppy Disk Controller (a kind of device)
FRC = Free Running Counter (a kind of timer)
