I'm not a weight lifter, or even remotely in shape but I've had a bad back all my life....and what he's doing looks brutally awful for his back.

Maybe someone can enlighten me but he looks to have horrible form, and trying to lift all of that weight with his back.

I almost herniated a disc just watching him.

wow, never understood anything other than standard hi/low bar squats.

that looks about as stupid and anti-functional as holding the weight with your teeth; squats aren't a fucking bicep exercise, nor are they supposed to tear your elbow joint apart. at any rate, the first failure should have clued him in, but he keeps going with the same weight. that guy MAY be able to deadlift that much weight, which is a clue that he should never have it in that position other than deadlifting or standard squatting it.

Speaking of which, I don't know how this dude didn't snap at the knee or ankle. Ouch.

Also, notice the guy in back near the end. Double ouch.
