Exactly what do you mean by that? I thought that clothing was entirely suited to general exercise. Or those exercises, anyway. Not sure if they would have kept "things" stable while jumping, static floor stuff, sure.

She obviously purposely dressed that way and had the camera on that specific angle so she can show off her "assets." Some women like to tease and show off their "goods" so they get attention because they crave attention. It's 100% she was purposely showing off her "goods". Why else would she wear shorts that will be showing her panties so blatantly? Every REAL workout instruction video, the girl would be wearing pants/spandex IF the camera is going to be at that angle.

I never called her a professional. If this woman was for real and seriously trying to teach and help people WITHOUT any hidden agenda or ulterior motive/purpose, then she wouldn't be wearing those clothes.
It was so obvious when she was spreading her legs and you can clearly see all the way up to her "private parts". And I'm sure she watched the video before posting it on youtube. So she clearly knew what was being shown.
