If you worked for a company that had 60 +/- employees and 6 have jumped ship and quit within the last 8 months, would you say there is something wrong with the company?

Depends.
What group was it out of? If its 100% marketing. It may be time to start looking elsewhere. Those guys know the sales are drying up before everyone else.
But people also leave for other reasons. Better job... Personality conflicts... Have to move somewhere else...
Did they replace the 6 or just leave the positions open?
