That is terrifying. I wonder if these stages aren't being rigged properly, or are the wind gusts just way beyond what anyone could reasonably be expected to anticipate?

The two incidents this has happened lately have been close to me. Both these storms were decent wind producers. I still don't think they are being rigged properly, but there was definitely enough oomph to at least knock some light cans off.
