CSMAME & CSMESS updated to 0.143

Hey all,
CSMAME and CSMESS have been updated to MAME/MESS 0.143:
Changes:
-UPNP support
-RakNet library included with source.
-More desync fixes
-NVRAM is now synced on startup
The next time you start MAMEHub, it will automatically update you to the latest versions. Otherwise you can grab the source code here: https://github.com/MisterTea/ClientServerMAME

Well you don't necessarily want to fix the "bugs" I'm finding. For example, the driver selector uses rand(...) to choose drivers and I took that out because it has to be consistent among players. I also removed the srand(time()) so the random number generaters are deterministic.
