The copyright notice for the "Majestic Twelve - The Space Invaders Part IV (US)" says:
(C) 1990 TAITO AMERICA CORP.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
Hopefully that version will be emulated to Mame someday so just hope for the best, but in the mean time you can play this version on RAINE if I'm right.

It's cool that you are trying to help but we know there are tons of Taito region versions undumped. The only way to help is to find them for sale or better yet find them and buy them. You might find some regions in Raine that aren't in MAME because you can hack the region swap with a bit change in a hex editor but they often changed more than that in real dumps so we can't hack them and call them for sure accurate. Raine didn't care and hacked the bit.
