Mame.Artwork.v0.143.Special.Edition

-These releases will resume posting on newsgroups but files will be torrent zipped
for those who want to seed. I will no longer be seeding myself.
-A solution for update packs is in progress that will be released along side the
full versions.
-Arcade.zip which is located in the manuals directory is not torrent zip. The
maximum size allowed is 2GB and this archive is 3.53GB. This is the only file not
torrent zipped at this time.

This makes this release utterly useless to me; I (and all other comcast and verizon internet customers) no longer have free isp-provided newsgroups due to a deal with several ISPs and the New York attorney general, intended to prevent child pornography. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater...
...and I'm obviously not paying for newsgroup access for just this one thing.

I have verizon, I live in NY. I pay $11 a month for Astraweb. Problem solved.

I pay $9.98 at Easynews, and I am on Comcast. Right now they are running a 14 day Free Trial for the Summer. I still don't trust Comcast with Torrents, unless I have too. Sign up for Easynews, in 13 days, delete the account saying you don't think it worth it.
There are even totally free newsgroup servers but they don't have binaries.

I'm surprised I haven't seen it show up on UG yet. If it still hasn't in the next few days I might just download and torrent it myself.
