So the planets have aligned!
I finally got the monitor in my cab sorted and tried all the hardware until I found a combination that worked time and again. I also replaced the broken coin mech with a new ¥100 mech which I modded to take ¥50 coins.
The game I got working is the Fuudol one and it's a 3-in-1 type game of Mahjong, Hanafuda and Poker with MPEG strip cut scenes.
First impressions are that it's a cheating bastage, but that'll not put me off my gaming attempts.
It was also very difficult to take some SFW shots of the game in attract, but I think I managed it!
