MAMEUI32 with Windows 7

Can anyone tell me if MAMEUI32 (latest version) fully works with Windows 7 or if you have to run it in compatibility mode with 98/ME or Windows XP? Thanks in advance, I'm new to this.

It's fully compatible, no need for compatibility modes.

Get the x64 version if you're running a 64-bit version of W7, though, and you'll see a pretty good speed boost on higher end stuff.
