How do I adjust screen?

I somehow hit a button and messed up my screen alignment. I scrolled it vertically and now am unable to get it back down and centered. It is only on one game - all others are fine.

It should be as simple as going to your MAME folder, looking for a folder called "CFG" and then finding the file named after the setname.cfg of the game that is malfunctioning and deleting that one file. This will delete the saved configuration for that game.
