Installing Help

I had MAME on an old computer and am trying to get on my laptop. I am downloading what I think is right file, but when it is unzipped, I only get a few files in folder with none of them being the exe. file in order to launch MAME. What am I doing wrong? It says I am downloading the .0142 version.

Download the binary, not the source or the diff.
