about popeye arcade game…
what you think?
look closesly to this video

now compare specific behavior of witch in original arcade and in mame emulation…
in original, appear of witch looks like transparent while in mame appear of witch looks like interlaced (od and even lines)…???
any idea/opinions?

I remember it being just as it is in MAME. Not that you can tell by the image in that video, jesus.

i play original arcade too much.... witch appear and disapear in/out transparent state.. not like in mame

yes, witch that throw skulls to popeye all the time
compare this with mame behavior...
see something, errrr, different?

it might have something to do with overlapping sprites.but,as long as i can remeber the witch was not transparent. mabe a faulty monitor is what you remember...heres that link to mametesters about the problem.....
