Have anyone notice of the red lines on the 2020 logo on Super Baseball 2020?

Boot the game up on MAME and watch close on the screen. You should be able to see the red lines. Only happen on boot up. Could it be a bug or bad dump? MAME64 0142u2.
I don't know it happen on the reg MAME 0142u2. Can anyone test it?

It's been reported long ago. No one has stepped up to say for sure if it happens on original hardware or not.
