Only work Audit games, refresh the emulator or change settings not working.
And still appear a missing rom file and i think is from the last mame. Only miss on the emulator not in Crlmamepro.

I'm not sure what you mean. F5 refresh works for me. Settings are also saved. What settings are a problem for you?

I donīt know what was happen yesterday but this time i refresh the mame, change background and colour letters and put some Tab Control Options ex: PCB images when i click File-Exit and i open the MAME again it works ok.
I donīt know, why yesterday i refresh the mame and i do this steps and then i open again it didn't save 
I delete the last mame.ini .exe and MameUI.html and put the new one. Very Strange. Never happen this bug.
But now works ok 
Update: This time i open second time and now mame is back to normal form
I change the setting like this.

Does anyone have trouble with MameUI32 v0.142.2 x86 It it will work but it takes over 30 seconds to load MameUI32 v0.141 x86 takes 5 seconds to load.
Windows 7 x86 with Service Pack 1
4.00 GB Memory
Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70 GHz 2.70 GHz

Looks like it's getting set back to defaults. The ini may be getting overwritten or corrupted, maybe another copy is still in memory. Keep a backup of your mameui*.ini in case.

Yes man! It happens to me.
And that cause that error after open mame again.
Update: We must wait to mame closes, and opens to MAMEUI64.ini to save it. It longs 8 seconds to do that
Update 2: We have other problem when we save the Default Game Options it save a ini file on the folder, when will enable cheats or other thing will appear a error, when we open a game.
"Could not load controler file 猀慮癰敩w%d x %d.cfg.
We must deleted the ini file to work as normal we can't enable cheats
Update 3: It miss one game.

Sad to say it, but after 10yrs i have had to switch to Emuloader (boy, what a pain in the ass to setup!!!), but i find the current MAMEUI completely unusable, not blaming anyone, i know the reasons for the problems, but until (if??) they ever get resolved, it has to be Emuloader.
