[solved]How to Disable Mame Create a.txt File in Drive C:?

Version : MAME 0.142 64-bit Windows command-line binaries
os :win 7 64bit
everytime run mame will create a file named "a.txt" in root of drive c: . this file content like this :
open
close
open
close
hello everyone, as title say ,how to stop mame create that file?

thanks all ,
I find this is a problem of a joystick driver. everytime run mame ,mame call this joystick driver.and driver create this txt file.
so its not a problem of mame.

As far as I'm aware it's not possible for stock shipped MAME to do that. Are you using the official binary from mamedev.org (not MAMEUI or MAMEPlus or other derivatives)? And do you have a good virus scanner on your machine?

I've run both regular MAME and MAMEUI and do not have that file.

mame pacman >c:\a.txt 
maybe he runs it via a shortcut or batchfile...or frontend

That doesn't make a textfile that contains.

Edit: I just tried what you posted and my a.txt file contained..
