Only one time. Several years ago I was putting those Coke Rewards codes in, entered one of their sweepstakes and won an electronic drum machine. That's about it. And I've entered hundreds of these. There was a stretch a few months ago where I entered contests daily for a few weeks straight but nothing came of it. Other than more junk e-mail in my inbox.
I do the annual McDonalds monopoly game too. I've had moderate success with that, winning a $25 reward card a couple years ago.
You'd think I would give up by now but I still press on, hoping that someday my ship will come in.

This alone is why I don't enter most contests. I've got a spam catching e-mail account, but I never check it except every couple months to empty it out....so how would I know I've won?
