More Mahjong DVD get! [NSFW]

So I picked up two mobo's and another DVD player from Yahoo for ¥1,650 
There didn;t appear to be any DVDs with the haul, but I needed another DVD player and I thought I'd dump the boards for MAME anyway.
I dumped the games on Friday and opened the DVD player today to find the DVD wedged inside.
I give you some screen caps from High Rate DVD Series 9 Bikini Musume -Okinawa de ippai shichaimashita!
The game is Mahjong/Pachislot variant with the usual strip cut scenes.
The DVD players seem a bit ropey which I suppose is to be expected from 15yo hardware that's been shipped half way round the world.
Can anyone recommend a replacement for the ATAPI DVD players?

If you don't mind, I have one question:
chdman -extract csplayh5.chd csplayh5.iso
I know the product is marketed as DVD, but is it really a DVD physically? I ask because not only ISO size fits in a CD, but video resolution (352x240), codecs (mpga/mpgv), audio bitrate (224kbps), etc. follow Video CD standard excepting file structure.
I was expecting files bigger than 1GB, though for scenes as a bonus after gameplay is still OK.

Yeah d00d, DVDs.
Like the ladies in the games, not much on them, but DVDs nonetheless
I intend to buy more of these from G-Front as funds permit, and hopefully I'll land a fully working DVD player

Oh, that is exactly what I was expecting you will show. Thanks for the information. I just though maybe system as a DVD player ran CDs to reduce manufacture costs (not a great difference anyway).

That was really clever indeed. 
EDIT: After revising the item list on the site you mentioned I learned video mahjong was not exclusive from Nichibutsu. That definitely answers my curiosity about why no new mahjong titles appear in MAME past year 2000 anymore.

It's DVD ROM, not DVD Video, so it could have anything on it other than video files and the file structure won't be the typical stuff you see on a DVD movie you buy (VIDEO_TS etc.).

It's a DVD-ROM, not a DVD-Video.

I received and dumped them on Friday and they made 0.142

it will be in 0.142u1. the first attempt to dump it (actually rip it, fwiw) failed due to bad RAM in the host computer, the second attempt was successful but 0.142 had come out in between. it's been already added
