Quite the contrary, the more the better. However, it's been years since the last time I've seen a post-2000 new mahjong game added to MAME. Ignoring the video mahjong ones (unemulated by dumping and patent reasons) has MAME emulated them all already? Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Fortunately there're many more games to focus on. A fair number of them just download the game off some host system on startup - you can't get anything useful by dumping the board from the cabinet. Yeah, I now understand what you mean. Everything I came up after looking for "mahjong" and "arcade" are a series of online games made by SEGA and a Higurashi game. I have better chances looking for console games and ports than arcade ones. Bishoujo themed mahjong is more than dead though, I liked the Ecchi part.
