Found this a day or two ago, via Notch.
Reached 64.1m, dead end up the left side. I tried to drop down and catch a handhold near the middle to go the other way, but was nowhere near the one I tried for, so I don't know if it is even possible.

Went up the other side. There isn't much beyond where I had gotten stuck. So now it becomes a matter of beating my own time:

I made it right to the last few handholds twice. The first time, I accidentally clicked outside the flash window and hit some stupid Facebook link. The second time, the whole damned browser locked up on me. I pretty much gave up after that.

I couldn't play it using mouse click. On my keyboard, right-shift is not blocked by, and does not block, any two letters I've used, so I use that for flex.
Supposedly, you can fling yourself at handholds and grab them, but you can also make those last ones by grabbing the outer left edge of the lower ring with your right hand, then swinging over to the ones under the prize. The last couple ones need to be done quickly, so know what keys they are before getting there.
