I found that one a few years ago. It's okay, but you can't map the controls, or they didn't work, or something. I gave up. It looks way better than the one originally posted above (which looks ridiculously easy....and boring) - but, ultimately, I prefer the original (non-cartoonish) graphics.

That's right you can't map the keys even the 1.1 patch, but I've read the readme and you can use a joystick. It's a good game but I prefer the arcade one. At the page that i've posted there are other arcade's remakes but I am waiting if somebody develop a city connection or empire city remakes....
