What? America owns Puerto Rico now? Like some kind of 19th century exploitative empire? (yes the British empire would be the obvious example of one) And why do the Quebecans (Qubecians? Qubecanians? Qubes?) have to miss out? Is is becuase they're French and smell?

Yes, and yes. Also, they're French, so it's like kebbekwah or something. With a "u" somewhere.

Um... Puerto Rico has been a US territory since 1898.

No, it's because they're very special snowflakes who insist on having their own little laws because they're sooooooooooooooo different.

I installed Windows 95 the other day from the original OEM media. It ships with like IE 1.0, or something. I tried to get to the Microsoft IE page to download an updated browser and it was so crippled, I couldn't even get the page to load. MSN wouldn't load, nor would Microsoft update.

I was eventually able to update it to Explorer 5.5 SP2 with Active Desktop, which I had downloaded and burned to a CD. The active desktop update was pretty cool. It had the raw speed of Windows 95, but the GUI of Windows 98.
