Two tetris questions

1) Xyonix: Stupid question :-) ...actually, more curiosity than a question... How to insert spaces in high score?
2) Atari Tetris: If you got a 'low high score' (lets say 4000 pts for example) you can insert your name, but if you exit and reload tetris, your name is not saved. I've tried with the first four positions (score > 8500 pts) and the name is regularly saved into nvram. A bug?

In my opinion, no, this is not a bug. Atari throughout it's gaming history when it has kept high scores for a game, the top 3 or 4 all-time scores are saved with the others reset when powered. This gave the less competitive or skilled a chance to at least appear on the board. I'd say it's safe to assume if a battery backup is implemented at all for a game, it working exactly as it should in regards to saved scores.

Hmmm, interesting story. Do you know other Atari games that act in this way?

About first 'idiot' question , do you (or someone else) know anything?
I think that is not possible to insert spaces... however is very annoying...
The default 'string' is 'AAAAAA', so if I wanna insert my nick 'darq'... I obtain 'darqAA' because I cannot delete last letters... the space character is absent ..grrrr...
