It's both. Abbey Road has the, God (John), Minister (Ringo), Gravedigger (George), Dead Guy (Paul) cover, and the broken '4 dots' on the back. Pepper has the baby doll with the crushed head, and the Rolling Stones t-shirt, and supposedly 'I killed Paul' or something of the sort in 'A Day In The Life'.
