I actually walked out of the theater when I saw the sequel to the original. It was a pain in the ass finding a DVD version with audio worth a damn too...the THX edition (not the latest) won in that department...they spliced in the deleted scenes too, which I liked.

I wanna see James Rolfe (AVGN) review the series.

I have a question. Hollywood has been regurgitating 20-ish year old movies at us in earnest since, what, the late '90s or so? What happens when they hit the point where that started? Do they stop and start coming up with original ideas again, or are we going to start getting third-generation remakes?

Twenty years of remade twenty-year-old movies should be followed by the sixty year old ones. If they go back far enough, maybe they can do movies that people don't remember.

13 Ghosts was 41 years old when Thir13en Ghosts came out... ten years ago. They messed that up pretty good, so yeah, 60 years back sounds good. Maybe 80... heck, go all the way back.

There is a new 'reboot' of Charlie's Angels on the way.
