how did you guys @ du come to discover this revision's existence? will the disc be dumped & submitted in m1/2352 b/f conversion to chd rather than m1/2048... yeah, i'm a purist. any chance of a redump of the cart?

VERY IMPORTANT: this earlier WARZARD revision is not a clone. We must dump the very rare cart. This revision have 3 violence mode step in menu 7-2 page (all jap text): no violence, normal, Extreme
In Extreme mode there are more bloud in almost every contrast with opponents and also fully wonder animated blood.
I got the setup in 2001 from cosmicco but my cart (a fragile A type) died during battery replacement, I returned the cd and cart to cosmicco for repair and they send me a 9611 rev of the game wich is censored! The strange thing is I remember that I attacched the new cart on earlier mobo with earlier game uncensored already installed in simm and it worked well for sometimes then got sprite corrupted rewrite and the game go in 9611 censored ( no violence, normal)
I bought other four warzard jap cart + cd and all was 9611 and also got in 2003 two red earth usa cart + cd also those ones was 9611 and censored, unluckely I have not a photo to prove but maybe we can ask to an Honk kong vendor for cart replace/ repair with capcom japan.

I think that some important parts of the game data are in thr cart or decripted from cd by the cart and its not the same of warzard Redearth 9611
|

I'm not sure what all you are going on about but a couple of things... "Clone" in regards to mame is not the same definition as it normally is in life. You could have 2 versions of a game with different options and modes and mame would call them "clones". Many people don't like the term but it is what it is. There is the same problem with mame's use of "parent" when so many people think Japan versions should be the parent if the game originated there or the first version instead of most recent.
Anyway, the game data for CPS3 games is on the disc. The cart just tells it a security pass and where to point to on the disc - hispanic section, english section, japan, whatever. We can fake the cart data now to make all the missing regions but nobody who knows how to do it has done it because it is very boring work and lots of it. So the version you played before was some specific combination of region and cd revision that made the game the way you remember. You simply have to load it that way in mame, which might entail having to make a fake cart dump image for region and load that alongside the cd image revision you played.

really I have love in cps3 games but this hardware bored me, too fragile. By the way I remember this splash screen with release date 9610.. I returned the cd rom to cosmicco!:( all, never found another one warzard jap setup like that or with different release date of the 9611.. ones

They should have made the hardware where they were all the no cd type and to install a new game you temporarily plugged in an external cd drive for the install. And of course I hate suicide batteries as well.

Is it possible that the 910.. cd rom release wich you already dumped still contain the extra features inside and it need just a different key to "activate" them in game menu? Maybe this cd rom must be better analyze by cps3 mame decripter to create a appropriate key!

yes sure was japan, I remember for sure was warzard japan and afther powered on splash screen war zard 9610? japan, white coloured script.
In game the blood was very well animated and designed and there was a lot in fatality but also in a normal Leo or mukuro slash.
