Errr, yeuck, just found this while searching for a past post.
What a revolting prick you are Matt.
I'm about 8 hours drive north of Brisbane. The floods only affected the flood plains around here, and Yassi didn't get within about 500 Km. Hardly got any rain, and the wind was the gentlest it had been for ages. Amazing.

Thanks Ralph. I sure hope other MAMErs got away OK. Especially thinking of people in the Lockyer Valley, around Innisfail, and all of the people in northern Japan. Hope they manage to get those nuke plants under control real soon - especially the reactor that burns the evil plutonium mix.
