Can someone tell me a good freeware firewall program that gives you complete control over individual programs and prompts like Zone Alarm? I can't use ZA because it crashes demul.

These have always been rated highly at matousec.com:
http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/firewall.php
http://www.online-armor.com/products-online-armor-free.php

I'm not sure which offers the functionality you're looking for. I usually just use the Windows 7 firewall and my router firewall.

Thanks, it works but needs more manual settings, like VLC it first pops up when I run it and asks for permission to run it, you click yes and then it also gives it access to the internet automatically, and then to disable the web access you have to open it up and change the "Out" settings. But it'll do I think, need to do more testing.

Take the shields up test and block any incoming attempts during the test.
You should achieve perfect stealth.

That sounds really stealthy.

I'm testing out the one twisty linked to for now. It will take a few days to finish my tests but if it fails I'll try yours. Thanks.
