Do you remember Ligiguine?

There was some show I saw, maybe ten years, I think on ABC, that was pretty outlandish. The episode was about these two dudes who stumbled upon this commune, and the guy who ran it was named Ligiguine. He was dressed in sheets, and he had two hot vegie bitches with him. They used their own poop to grow monstrous vegies. Does anyone remember what show this was?

I kind of remember some kind of a show like that but, I think it was older than 10 years.
Dude looked like Jesus? (Like Jim Carrey in robes?)
Huge carrots & beets or onions sticking up in the sky behind them? (& the babes were always on each side?)
If it wasn't a show it had to be a skit on a comedy show.
Maybe that'll help stir someone elses memory.

Yeah, that was it. I think it was a half-hour, primetime show. Could be more than ten years. Definitely 90s.
