Best alternative to Kaillera???

Hello,
I'm looking for the best alternative of Kaillera. That means, low pings and support for most of the games.
Also very important - i need it to create my dedicated server (i will host it) on kaillera, so i dont need ready servers where i can join, or servers where you have to write commands to join.
Or said shortly - just exact as kaillera, but newer version!

It's dead. You will receive no help here with builds that deal with that because it's a violation MAME's license. You can use a recently developed "ClientServerMAME" which when it matures will be everything that old closed-source library was and not violate any licensing.
