Some of the folders I just want to keep it it (like MAME) but some (like Windows) are now worthless so I want to delete them but it says I don't have permission. If you don't have permission to change permissions, right click my computer >>> manage >>> users and groups >>> users >>>>add yourself tot he administrators group. I am set as a > member of Admins... Try this: Right-click on the folder, choose Properties, and click the Security Tab. Click "Advanced" and select the Owner tab. Click "Edit", then select your user account under "Change owner to". Check "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and click OK or Apply. It should let you delete the folder now. It wasn't worth the trouble so I moved the files to the new C: and formatted. I'm surprised I had the rights to do that. :-P Pages: 1
