I'm not sure if some of these would be considered "sleeper" hits, but here it goes.

Atari 2600: Crystal Castles
Sega Master System: Alien Syndrome
Genesis: Ranger-X
Sega CD: Final Fight!
Sega Saturn: ....eh, various Arcade game ports.
Dreamcast: Jet Grind Radio... Or Soul Calibur?
PlayStation: Tenchu Stealth Assassins
N64: KI Gold(?)

And here I though most of us liked arcade games... new [Re: Tomu Breidah]

because anyone who likes the arcade version (try in MAME if you haven't... but you really should have a HotRod or X-Arcade when you do) would agree that the N64 KI old was simply ASS.

Hated it.

I did like the arcade version, and at the time it was the only way I could play it (or as close as I could get) at home whenever I wanted. :-/

The biggest issue I had with KI-G was the N64 controller (the D-Pad especially). Also, it was the only game I had for the N64 (up until I sold it/them and used that money to get a PlayStation). As for playing the arcade version (even in MAME)... That's not going to ever happen, or happen again.

NES: Clash at Demonhead
SNES: Robotrek
PSX: Carnage Heart (Ass ending, but the game was sweet)
Xbox: Kung Fu Chaos
PS2: Headhunter (Yeah, I know it was a DC game first)
DC: Blue Stinger
360: Darkness
PS3: Haven't played enough on it to know.

In my opinion it was much more than the D-pad. In fact, I have pretty much always favored Nintendo D pads over other consoles for fighting games. Moreso in the street fighter/KI type with quarter and half circle motions for the special moves. I always either had a hard time pulling it off on sega or sony controllers or just plain didn't feel comfortable doing it.

My first and biggest pet peve with the game was the feel. The timing was just off for many of the combos. Perhaps I'm being unfair compairing it to the arcade but damn it... MK and SF ports were always pretty much spot on. Why not KI?

Another (minor) thing was the graphics. Remember the Arcade was out quite a while before the N64 was out, but the "Ultra 64" advertizement suggested that this is what we would get on the home console. The animation wasn't as good either. It was just a big disappointment for me.
