Huh? MAMEŽ is not included with the book, and he's not selling turn-key cabinets, so no he's not making commercial use of MAMEŽ.

I purchased this and did a quick once-through of it on the PC-Kindle.
With default font size and other settings there were 115 pages in single column mode and 71 pages in two-column mode.
A little less than I expected based on WebWire's review stating "With hundreds of pages, over 40 images, and dozens of helpful links, The No Bull MAME Arcade Guide carefully explain everything needed to build the ultimate video arcade."
There were many helpful links to suppliers and resources.
I don't think I got hurt for $3, and it was a good chance to try out PC-Kindle.

He's using the trademark though.
