It's like Baby Pac-Man in that my vote for allowing a half side of gross inaccuracy in order to enable the allowance of a digital side is different to what most mamedevs will OK so I don't know what to tell you beside yeah I'm OK with bending rules to enable Pac-preservation but will it make much of a difference, probably not.
