Taito- Taito police officer threatens to arrest Vic-20 activist Bub for blowing bubbles during a mass detention in Taito's Arcade community.
After police had detained and corralled a group of people opposed to the Vic-20 outside their convergence space, Bub is observed blowing bubbles at a police officer, who warned Bub that if any of those bubbles touched him, he would arrest the young dinosaur. Bub, flagrantly flaunting the police officer's warning, blew yet another bubble, that encapsulated the officer. Upon the bubble's bursting, the officer became red and enraged, arresting the defiant dinosaur on charges of aggravated assault with a bubble. While in front of the judge for arraignment, Bub admitted to blowing bubbles in the public square, and was almost sent to jail, until the judge realized that "bubbles" refers to an actual soap bubble, and not the arresting officer who also goes by the name of "Bubbles". The judge dismissed the case on the grounds that the charge of "blowing bubbles in the town square" was not referring to public fellatio, and since Officer Bubbles had not been violated as the report suggested, Bub was free to go.
