i suppose that the main "juice" of the game was the dvd,with supposedly live footage of girls in cosplay dresses..nice and interesting..

Does that mean the hardware doesn't use MPEG2 encoding, or it just means it only has a poor GPU for processing the front layer?
Kudos for buying one from the +50 titles this hardware offers. 
EDIT: Never mind, i read the i-though-it-dissapeared-from-mame-chat-then-moved-to-news-submission-board topic.

It has MSX2 graphics overlaid on the MPEG2 video, apparently.

Yes, the ROMs are socketed and common 27c010 & 27c040 EPROMs
