Thanks John.
Unfortunately the 64 bit version crashes when I try and change the Default Game Options (under Options menu).
Also how do I access the new artwork for the dot matrix display?

Crashes here too... both MAMEUI 32-bit and 64-bit (on Win 7 - 64-bit).

crashes under XP (32-bit) as soon as you select Default Game Options.

Even with Vista and the executable UI32 crashes the program, here is the error:

Couple new winui files in MESS dated today I'll take a look if they fix it.
Update: The new files didn't impact the crash, we'll see if Micko or Rene can spot it.

We had this problem with MESSUI last week, but I added a fix in mess r9098.
But I cannot say if your problem is caused by the same thing.
EDIT: Just noticed its already fixed..
2nd edit: Yes it was the same thing.
