Rumors are Spring 2011. I don't know if it's coming to arcades yet but I'm sure it'll be on PS3 and Xbox360.

That whole thing is pretty stupid of them. It's not like they would have to produce full cabs to hit some massive break even point, just make some kits... They announced that they are releasing a SSFIV for the arcades, but it will be after half the crowd is sick of it or their local arcade already built one from the console port so no point in buying a real one. Maybe they will do the same with MVC3, it wouldn't surprise me.
