SlikStik CO2 config disc

Anyone have the configuration disc that came with the SlikStik CO2 from about 20 years ago? I need to program one of the pinball buttons, it doesn't respond at all in mame. I need the win iPac software and the panel config file off that disc. Can't find it anywhere on the net. Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much! I can't believe they're still there. I bought mine about '04, just have to figure out which one I have, pre or post "04.
