That’s the question needing to be asked of why Sean wasn’t able to dump the contents of that chip type for that hardware version of Konami handheld with that chip type used for speech. There has to be some reason, but it is curious of why not being mentioned in detail. Maybe some unknown chip model variation?

Sean decapped/dumped Konami Star Trek 25th Anniversary and Top Gun Second Mission, both of them have voice samples like TMNT2.

The suspect with the rifle asks a good question of needing to know. I needz to know too regarding why Sean isn’t able to dump those speech rom chips for those particular Konami handheld games.
