I was almost going to guess it was some stylized font for Katakana or (whatever it is Korea uses). But that soon went to a dead end. ETA: Even in the game itself - there's weird lettering/font everywhere. But I'd wonder if there's a way to decipher it? Like does whichever symbol correspond to an actual (English or Japanese) letter/character? Edit2, Re: decryption: Well obviously that's already been attempted. Hiragana and Katakana are the Japanese language's two alphabets. Kanji (Japan's implementation of Chinese characters) is not an alphabet. The Korean language uses its own alphabet called Hangul.
