[HELP] Unwanted line on edge of transparency of bezel in artwork

I have a question about bezel element with transparency.
I got unwanted line on edge of transparency of bezel in artwork. Is this a known problem and is there any workaround?

-- Does the artwork image have a "clean" cut between the black and the transparency part?
-- Depending on the dimensions and layout of the artwork, MAME sometimes adds a 1-pixel line on transparent borders. On anything with a bezel window, I add in a "fade" to cover for that.
