Anyone from Brazil - Blue Neo Geo cabinet?

Need some help with this one... it's hurting my brain...
Did the blue Neo Geo cabinet in Brazil actually exist? Let me explain...
http://www.hardmvs.fr/xml/sAm/sAmcabs.php
This is the only "old" pic I can find of a blue Neo Geo cabinet. When you look at that pic, it looks like a MAME cabinet... it's got extra buttons both in the "Start" sections and the "Player" sections.
Every other reference I can find on the internet, when talking about the South American blue Neo Geo cabinet (restorations, videos, etc.), references back to that same webpage.
Can't find any arcade flyers... any other "older" pics... nothing. It's making me question if this was actually a real thing or not.
Especially that the blue on the pic above matches the Japan MVS-U2-29 control panel.
If there is anyone that hangs out here from Brazil, that was around in the 90s, early 2000s, that can confirm this was actually a thing, I'd take that as a bit more proof.
(Asking, because of MAME Artwork... I'm not adding it in unless I know it was an actual "thing.")

RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.

Have you tried contacting this guy? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGa5YQ8xZ8c
Although the cabinet in the video is a recreation, the description says he took measurements of red and blue cabinets, and the main difference was that red cabinets usually had 25" monitors while blue cabinets had 19" monitors. That suggests blue cabinets were a thing – they may have been a locally-made low-cost alternative with a smaller monitor
The picture you linked to may have started out as a Neo Geo cabinet, but the control panel has definitely been modified for MAME or something. An eight button layout would have been no use.

I'm not from Brazil but I have some Brazilian friends, this Brazilian guy (he call himself "tiozão" or "big uncle") is an arcade collector from "A casa do videogame" (the home of videogame): https://www.instagram.com/acasadovideogame/
He say he has the last original blue neo geo cabinet in the country made by TRON (the company). You can actually see the guy showing the cabinet off on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGH7zp7Cv7U&t=1028s
