2 player flip screen on a cocktail cabinet

Hello, A novice here, any pointers please to set up and flip the screen between 2 players on a Cocktail cabinet? Thanks in advance

If the game doesn’t have native support for cocktail cabinets, you’d need to use a Lua script to detect the active player and flip the screen.

And if the game does have native support:
Click [TAB] to bring up the MAME Config Menu Many games, the second option in the menu will be DIP Switches In that menu, if the game supports it, you will see an option named similar to "Cabinet", and it is probably currently set to "Upright" Change that option to "Cocktail" Click the option to "Reset System", then exit the Config Menu
That game will now be in Cocktail mode, and will flip the screen 180 for Player 2. MAME will save these settings in a .CFG file for that game, so you don't have to keep doing it every time you play the game.
You will need to do this separately for each game on your cabinet... but again... only one time.
