i've seen that yours don't even want someone else to resurrect it, so unfortunately now only those who plays with MAME without a frontend will be able to handle it

I use MAME with a very good front end (QuickPlay). There are several good MAME front ends out there. A few of them are on this very message board. Use the resources available to you and you will find a viable substitute.

There's no need to relitigate this issue in this post; Robbbert indicated he is not going to work on MAMEUI any more and .248 was his last .exe. Use another frontend or the core's built-in version. End of line.

You asked this in the 0.248 thread, then again in the 0.249 thread, and for the third time in this thread. Did you not understand the first two times? Or did you think if you keep asking every release, something might change? (Narrator: nothing's changed).

The source is here:

https://github.com/Robbbert/mameui

It will be there for three years... if someone else is so inclined, they can fork over the project and continue it. But it's not going to be Robbbert, and it's not going to be John IV... and that was already mentioned in the first thread you posted in.

RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.
