bezel and triple screen for the ninja warriors

I am trying to get a bezel to appear while having the triple screen side by side running. I'm in MAME .242. in my Ninjaw folder under artwork i have the triple screen bezel (bezel.png)
I also have both a bezel.ini (from someone using rocketlauncer ( I am not using RL) and i have default.lay border file as well.
when in Video Options i see Bezel Artwork first, followed by all the screen layout options. If i select bezel artwork the triple wide bezel appears but the screen is 4:3. If i then go and select triple screen (or side by side no gap) the screen goes to triple but the bezel disappears. How do I run both? wondering if i just don't have the right files or if 1 is simply named incorrectly?

If you select the Bezel Artwork, but only see one screen, then the LAY file is setup incorrect.
If you paste or attach it here, I can fix it for you.

Don't know what the artwork looks like but your lay file is
set up for only one screen. You need to do 3 screens. All "Y" numbers will be the same. All "Width" numbers will be the
same. And All "Height numbers will be the same. Hope this helps. Make sure you put proper tags in place. Beginning and end.

-- when you download the LAY file from here, make sure to rename it back to "default.lay"
-- put both in a zip file called "ninjaw.zip"

I'm not quite sure what you are asking?
If you open the bezel image in any art program you can use that to set your bounds for the screen in the lay file.
